The above registration fees cover admission to all technical sessions of the conference, coffee breaks, social and networking events, welcome party, and the e-book of abstracts. The registration fees do not cover conference dinner and do not include any meals or excursions.
VAT (Value Added Tax) INFO: Conference registration fees are tax exempt.
REGISTRATION PAYMENT DEADLINES:
Early bird fees: up to and including June 15th, 2026
Regular fees: after June 15th, 2026 and up to August 01st, 2026
Late fees & On-site Registration fees: after August 01st, 2026.
HOW TO GET YOUR ACCOMMODATION AT CONFERENCE HOTEL: The beautiful Avala Resort & Villas conference venue is located directly on the Adriatic coast with beachfront access. Deeply discounted rooms are available at 150 EUR per night for single occupancy and 180 EUR per night for double occupancy, including breakfast, spa and pool access, and free parking; reservations must be made directly through the hotel website using a promotional code sent to registered participants, and rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not delay!
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations of registration must be received in writing by email info@ieeenap.org by August 15, 2026. All cancellations received by this date will be refunded their fees less 10% (cancellation fees). No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. Substitution requests should be made in writing (email).
CAMERA, CELL PHONE & VIDEO RECORDING POLICY: By registering for this meeting, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by the IEEE NAP Conference organizers while at events and that those materials may be used for promotional purposes in the conference-related publications, website, and on social media. Any recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright is strictly prohibited. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session.
