REGISTRATION FEES FOR ONSITE & REMOTE PARTICIPANTS (*)

(*) Invited Speakers, IEEE Members: 20% discount; The discounts are NOT stackable.

Registration fees are waived for IEEE Life Members and their spouses or partners attending the Conference.
VAT (Value Added Tax) INFO: Conference registration fees are tax exempt.

The above registration fees cover admission to all technical sessions of the conference, high-quality presentations, talks and posters from well known experts, version of the book of abstracts, coffee breaks, socials and networking events, conference welcome party, conference participant’s bag (with the printed conference program, notebook, pen, etc.). The registration fees do not cover conference dinner and do not include any meals or excursions.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT DEADLINES:
Early bird fees: up to and including June 15^th, 2025
Regular fees: after June 15^th, 2025 and up to August 01^st, 2025
Late fees & On-site Registration fees: after August 01^st, 2025.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations of registration must be received in writing by email info@ieeenap.org by August 15, 2025. All cancellations received by this date will be refunded their fees less 10% (cancellation fees). No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. Substitution requests should be made in writing (email).

CAMERA, CELL PHONE & VIDEO RECORDING POLICY: By registering for this meeting, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by the IEEE NAP Conference organizers while at events and that those materials may be used for promotional purposes in the conference-related publications, website, and on social media. Any recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright is strictly prohibited. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session.
