Registration fees are waived for IEEE Life Members and their spouses or partners attending the Conference.
VAT (Value Added Tax) INFO: Conference registration fees are tax exempt.
The above registration fees cover admission to all technical sessions of the conference, high-quality presentations, talks and posters from well known experts, version of the book of abstracts, coffee breaks, socials and networking events, conference welcome party, conference participant’s bag (with the printed conference program, notebook, pen, etc.). The registration fees do not cover conference dinner and do not include any meals or excursions.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT DEADLINES:
Early bird fees: up to and including June 15th, 2024
Regular fees: after June 16th, 2024
On-site Registration fees: from September 08th, 2024.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations of registration must be received in writing by email info@ieeenap.org by August 31, 2024. All cancellations received by this date will be refunded their fees less 10% (cancellation fees). No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. Substitution requests should be made in writing (email).
