On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to the 2027 IEEE 17th International Conference on “Nanomaterials: Applications & Properties” (IEEE NAP-2027), which will be held September 5 to 10, 2027, at the Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel in Riga, Latvia.

The Conference is jointly organized by the IEEE Nanotechnology Council and the University of Latvia, and technical contributions from the Latvian Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Electronics and Computer Sciences, and Sumy State University.

IEEE NAP continues its focus on advances in nanoscale materials and their applications. The technical program emphasizes interdisciplinary research aimed at understanding and leveraging the unique physical and chemical properties of nanomaterials for emerging technologies, including low power and quantum nanoelectronics, edge computing, biomedical applications, renewable energy systems, industrial applications, and environmental technologies.

The conference provides an international forum for researchers, engineers, educators, and industry professionals to present recent results, exchange ideas, and establish new collaborations. Participants from academia, industry, and research institutions worldwide, including senior scientists, early career researchers, and graduate students, are invited to contribute.
